TRANSFORMATION OF MARKET SELF-REGULATION UNDER THE LEADING ROLE OF THE STATE SECTOR IN THE PRC
Institutional Problems of the Economy
Abstract
The paper deals with a comprehensive research and scientific analysis of the current stage of the market economy development in the PRC that is connected with creation of the economic system where multi-structure economy is developing under the leading role of the state sector and market self-regulation. Reorganization of enterprises according to the «Chinese pattern» has provided the implementation of the strategic plan of the state support of large enterprises and transfer of small enterprises management to the private sector. Corporatization has become the main direction for the system reorganization of the whole sector, including large enterprises.
