Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of legal ensuring problems and the optimum combination of economic and market selfregulation at the regional level. Innovative directions for their resolution in the context of international experience are obtained. Based on its systematization author proposed the methods for improving the efficiency of social and economic development of territories by the state regulation.
