LEGAL ASPECTS OF REGIONAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article defines the basic and most important aspects of the regional government. The analysis of the state property using effectiveness and identifies the main challenges to address topical issues of local importance, including the improvement of the national legal framework are revealed. The role of the regional financial base in the procedure for determining the proportion of the state income, based on historical experience is substantiated.
