LEGAL TOOLS OF STIMULATING OF DEVELOPMENT RENEWABLE ENERGY AS ONE OF THE PRIORITY DIRECTIONS OF HORIZONTAL STATE AID IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of development of renewable energy sources. The practice of European countries regarding the provision of state aid for the development of renewable energy sources was investigated. Recent trends researched sphere were analyzed. In order to improve normative provision in the field of horizontal state aid, changes to the legislation were proposed.
