SYSTEM MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS IN THE CONTEMPORARY INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT

Series "Economy": Problems of enterprise management

Abstract

One of the forms of economic activity realization in the conditions of a modern market economy is contractual relations between enterprises of different forms of ownership. The problem of strengthening the contractual principles in relations between economic entities in the face of fierce competition is quite acute. Contractual relations contribute to more fully identification and harmonize of the interests of the parties to the agreement, to determine the main parameters of contractual relationships. Therefore, the management of contractual relations attracts general attention, as an effective solution to this problem can give a tangible, fast and measurable economic result. The scientific interest in this direction of management is caused by such reasons as the economic necessity of concluding and executing contracts and the complexity of the task of managing contracts. Almost all divisions of the organization, from the initiator of the contract and necessarily involving lawyers, economists, planners, financiers, security services, logistics, production units and other services or individual employees, depending on the scale of the organization, are involved in the work of the contracts. Each of the experts has his own view to the contract, and everyone is interested in their details. Therefore, the contract management system must meet different requirements and be adapted to each unit, while supporting the through-business process. The main components of the development of modern IT technologies are the development of their hardware and software. The main tendencies that have a direct impact on the development of enterprise management methodologies within these areas are: reducing the size and increasing the speed of the computing devices, as well as the comprehensive use of network technologies at all levels from the global (Internet network) to the local (internal networks of individual enterprises ) and the development of special software, which becomes a convenient tool for implementing the latest methodological developments in the field of management.
