Abstract

Features of processes of mergers and acquisition, theoretical concepts of motivation of corporate integration are considered. Existing dependences between motives and relationships of cause and effect are revealed. The new approach to structuration of economic motives for concentration and algorithm of structuration of motives on the basis of BIPS-model is offered.
