THE RATIONALE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article considers characteristic features and justified economic-legal framework for the conduct of activities of non-Bank financial institutions. Investigated the role and importance of contractual savings institutions (pension funds and insurance companies) and investitsionnyj intermediaries (investment funds and companies) in the system of formation and distribution of investment funds. The selected value of state regulation of activities of non-Bank financial institutions and outlines the ways to improve normative-legal basis of interaction of subjects of the market of non-banking financial services.
