THE LEGISLATION ABOUT THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROSPECTION, EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS IN CONTEXT OF THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION OF UKRAINE
Series "Law": Problems of development of the legislation of Ukraine
Abstract
The article is devoted to defining of branches of improving of the legislation about authorization for the prospection, exploration and production of hydrocarbons and implemehtation of the EU requirements to Ukrainian legislation. Limitation of types of the non-competitive ways of obtaining of the authorization is argued. Increasing of the role of an innovative component in determining the winner of the authorization is argumented.
