ANALYSIS OF THE LATEST LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY POLICY: ENERGY SAVING IN THE WINTER PACKAGE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of recent changes in the legal regulation of energy security in the European Union, namely, the study of the latest innovations in energy saving legislation that were adopted by the European Commission in the socalled "Winter Package" at the end of 2016.
